Step 1: Fill Out the Contact Form Via My Website

Easy peasy, this form just asks a few questions to help me get to know you and your lover. Mainly the basics like your names, location, wedding date, Instagram handle (so I can swoon over you two!!), contact info, and a brief description of your day. I try my best to respond within 24 hours and send over my package and info guide!

Step 2: Schedule a Consultation Call

The consultation call is one of the most important steps in the booking process! We’ll meet face to face via Zoom to discuss your overall vision, go over any questions, chat locations, timelines, etc. Another purpose of this call is to make sure that we’re a great fit! We’ll be spending LOTS of time together throughout the day so it’s important that we vibe on a personal AND professional level!

Step 3: Choose a Package That Works Best for You

During our call, we’ll chat about all of the different wedding packages and which one might be right for you. I will give you a recommendation based on my professional opinion, however, you and your partner will decide the amount of coverage and deliverables you’re looking for. Whatever decision you make, I am happy to support you!

Step 4: Pay the Retainer & Sign the Contract

The last step to booking me as your wedding photographer is to pay the retainer and sign the contract. Until these two final steps are complete, your date is not secured! I require 20% of your total package cost as a retainer. The rest can be broken up in the most convenient way for you as long as the remainder is paid at least two weeks before your wedding. I’ll send you a confirmation email going over everything you can expect from me in the months leading up to your wedding and that’s it! You’re officially booked! 🎉

What To Expect After Booking

8-10 Weeks Prior

I’ll send you a questionnaire to collect more detailed information about the wedding day (start times, ceremony address, etc.). This will help me draft up your timeline for photographs. I’ll make sure it aligns with any other vendors that have a separate timeline, of course!

The Wedding Day

Your wedding day is here! Relax & Enjoy it. It’s going to be the best day ever!!!

24 Hours After

Sneak peeks are delivered to your inbox. I know how hard it is to wait, so I try to share as many as I can while you’re still riding the, “We just got fricking married!!!” high.

6-8 Weeks After

Your online gallery is delivered to your inbox! I’ll drop your USB drive in the mail, and if you ordered an album we’ll start the design process on that.

After you receive all your prints and deliverables, you’re all set! Don’t be a stranger though, I still LOVE to hear from you even after your wedding! By this point, I consider us lifelong BFFs.
