Tennessee Engagement Session | Lexi & Jack
I am always excited to document the special moments that lead up to a couple’s big day. And I was over the moon when Lexi and Jack asked me to capture their engagement session along the Tennessee River in Chattanooga. Despite having to re-schedule three different times, we finally made it happen on a chilly November day. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait!
Unfortunately, the fall colors we had hoped for were nowhere to be found. The leaves peaked early in the season and everything was pretty dead by the time of the session. Though it wasn’t what we planned, the tall golden grass was a pleasant surprise! The golden hues and setting sun provided a stunning backdrop for our shoot.
Lexi and Jack are so sweet with each other, and it’s always clear that they have a strong connection. We had a lot of fun during our time together, and they were both naturals in front of the camera. It was a blast to capture their love and affection for each other!
Although we weren’t able to capture the fall leaves, this serves as a great reminder to all couples that any location can be beautiful with good lighting! Whether you’re in a park, a beach, or a city, there’s always a way to make it special and unique. The tall grass and golden hour hues that day were nothing short of magical.
I am counting down the days until I get to document Lexi and Jack’s wedding day this April. The engagement session at the Tennessee Riverpark was just a taste of the beautiful memories yet to come. I already know that their day is going to be a dream come true for this sweet couple!
